History
“S” de Schlumberger results from a subtle assemblage of three grape varieties, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir that has undergone white wine-making, for producing a seducing and charming wine.
Location
“S” de Schlumberger is grown essentially a tour localities of Schimberg and Bollenberg as well our vineyards Saering and Spiegel.
Wine-making
Slow pneumatic pressing, static racking. Fermentation in thermo-regulated tuns for one to four months. Matured on less for about six to eight months.
Gastronomy
Ideal receipt drink, perfect to accompany cold starters. It can also be associated with wood-fired Mont d’Or cheese or Tartiflette after a day skiing. Serving temperature : 12°C.

The robe is light yellow with green reflections. The disk is bright and transparent.
The nose is marked, open and of good intensity. We perceive a dominant of ripe fruits and acacia. The airing enhances these scents and reveals Golden apple as well.
The onset in the mouth is moderate, supple and warm. Then, the wine evolves on rather supple mid palate, marked by a slight sparkling note. Still marked by the warmth of the vintage, the finish has an average length. This blend is a perfect balance between suppleness, warmth and freshness. It combines elegance with delicacy.
