Tasting
The robe is a light yellow with green reflections of good intensity. The disk is bright, limpid. The wine has a youthful quality. The nose is pleasant and reveals an impression of frank, racy maturity. One perceives fine fruity hints, citrus fruits, candied lemons, orange peel as well as a delicate mineral touch. This typical wine requires time to open out. The onset in the mouth is heavy, moderately ample and full bodied. One evolves on a sharp, edgy medium with a flavour range of citrus fruit. The finish is of middle length, 5 “caudalies” presents a sharp vivacity.
